MIDDLEBOROUGH — Police Chief Joseph Perkins, Fire Chief Owen Thompson, Town Manager James McGrail and Superintendent Carolyn Lyons are pleased to share that the Town of Middleborough, Middleborough Public Schools, Police, and Fire Departments recently participated in Active Shooter Hostile Event Response (ASHER) Training.
